Great costume but really upset and disappointed not at all satisfied with how long it took to process my order and the length of time it took just to ship the main part of my daughter's Halloween costume that was supposed to be here by Halloween Oct. 31, 2022. I also am dissatisfied with the lack of any type of Customer service of any kind because when a customer wants their money back cause said item was not delivered in time by the deadline so I still think y'all owe me my money back cuz y'all did not deliver like you were supposed to by the deadline of Halloween instead I got it for five days after the fact so I would appreciate my money back still and I'm going to keep bugging you and bugging you and emailing and emailing until I do get my money back all $90 of it because y'all's customer service level I don't even think you know what customer service is and customer satisfaction was not at all on the top of your list at all which should be your top priority if you're in business that kind of business or any type of business that deals with customers you should always want your customers to be satisfied and I was very dissatisfied and my daughter was damn distraught disappointed y'all failed to do and meet the deadline that you had which I ordered a month in advance there's no reason it should have took 3 weeks 4 weeks just to ship it it took a week just for you guys to process my order after you guys already had it paid for that very night I ordered it and then it took 3…
