The dress straps are a little long but it was really cute on my daughter. I bought a matching one for her cousin who is also in the wedding - she's almost 3 so I got the 2T/3T but it was too long, even if we shortened the straps. Had to return them but they were super cute. Fabric is a stretchy kind of cotton feel. Soft. Lace was cute.
