This Cardigan is so cute with all the ruffles. It runs small being my 5-yo daughter usually fit a size 4/5 but I ordered a size 6/6x & it fits and not bigger like I was trying to get. But overall, we love this cardigan. This is actually our 2nd one. The first one got lost at school. My daughter wish it had pockets.

The clothing that I have bought from Mia Belle is extremely good quality for a very good price. However, accessories like shoes are very difficult because it is very hard to get the sizing correct.
Also, and very importantly returns are extremely difficult to make. The telephone number for customer service does not work.
Personally, I have not gotten an answer to the last three emails that I have written requesting a status update on the returns that I am currently trying to make. So far I have been unable to get a shipping or return label. I did get an email reply offering to allow me to return the package if I pay for the shipping. I was told I would be refunded or credited to a store account the amount of the shipping.
I was agreeable to that offer. However, I requested an address to send the box to as well as trying to make sure the package would be excepted. There is a note on their website that says that any box that comes in without the proper label which has been pre-authorized will not be excepted.
So I don’t have an address and I do not know how to get around this pre-authorization situation. So far I have not gotten a response to those questions. Hopefully someone from Customer Service will reach out to me soon.
