Mixed feelings about my experience. Ordered a costume the end of August and it arrived 3 days before Halloween! Contacted customer service multiple times by email because it is the ONLY way to contact them. They email you back days later and wouldn’t give me an estimated ship date. It kept changing as the weeks passed according to the tracking. I had to buy another costume for my daughter to go to her schools trunk or treat which was just annoying because I ordered it months in advance. When it came, it was super cute and big and well made so that part was great.
